TextWizard's tools run entirely in your browser. The text you paste, convert, or generate is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to us, so we have nothing to remove. This policy covers the textwizard.us website and any material you submit to us directly. We respect the rights of copyright holders and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe material on this website, or material you have submitted to us, infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (for example, the page URL on textwizard.us).
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Designated agent

DMCA Agent, TextWizard — send your notice through our contact form with "DMCA Notice" as the subject. We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where the notice is valid.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification through the same contact form including: your signature; identification of the material and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and to accept service of process from the complaining party.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers.
